"God's Kingdom"

“God’s Kingdom”

Matthew 6:10-13 (ESV)
“Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name....
10 Your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
11 Give us this day our daily bread,
12 and forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
13 And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.

This is a great way to start this message with the Lord’s prayer, cause it talks about your “Kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.

Matthew 16:19 (ESV)
19 I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.”

Wow! Now I know you might be a little confuse by the last part. But, this is what that means.
In the syntax of the Greek text for Matthew 16:19, makes the meaning clear. What you bind on Earth , will have already been bound in Heaven. What you loose on Earth will already been loose in Heaven. In Other Words, Jesus in Heaven loosens the authority of His word as it goes forth on earth for the fulfillment of its purpose.

Matthew 5:10 (NIV)
10 Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

So don’t be afraid to get out there and speak up. You don’t want to lose you keys to your kingdom.

Acts 28:31 (ESV)
31 proclaiming the kingdom of God and teaching about the Lord Jesus Christ with all boldness and without hindrance.

(By definition a “hindrance” is generally anything that obstructs, stops, or retards progress, anything that blocks or inhabits us from receiving what is rightfully ours especially through the Word of God and by the Blood of Jesus.)

There are so many people out there who don’t know about the Lord Jesus Christ, and are willing to learn that is where we come in. So don’t hold back.

By going out and teaching people, it will give such peace, and joy in your heart, and make God so happy.

Romans 14:17 (ESV)
17 For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking but of righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.

An at the end, there is a wonderful kingdom waiting for you. A kingdom where there is no more pain or suffering.

Revelation 21:1-4 (NIV)
A New Heaven and a New Earth
21 Then I saw “a new heaven and a new earth,” for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. 2 I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. 3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. 4 ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.
